Your role:
You will be the "engine" of our projects. The work is dynamic and includes:
Communication with a cause: Professional customer service (in person, by phone and email).
Process management: Coordination of orders - from their acceptance to the delivery of the final result.
Quality control: Working with freelance translators and checking the received materials.
Administrative focus: Preparing documents for government institutions and preparing reports.
What are we looking for in you?
Language skills: High level of English (or other language) proficiency (certified by an internationally recognized
certificate). A second language is a huge bonus!
Digital literacy: Excellent work with email, MS Office applications, Adobe Acrobat.
Personal ethics: Loyalty, confidentiality and attention to detail.
Organization: Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
